Overview
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed.
Beautiful detached villa with stone lined pool. Newly built and for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite, Kitchen fully equipped and opens directly to the living room creating very clear spaces with windows to access the pool area.
The exterior of the house is surrounded by shrubs and flowers. WIFI available.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Ein tolles Haus mit einem schönen Pool. Kunstrasen statt echtem was aber nicht stört. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls top.
The Villa was wonderful and had all the amenities we needed. The location is also great, but you will need a car to move around.The conversation with the team has been excellent and they were always ready in case of questions. Definitely recommended.
La casa es ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos. Es muy cómoda y acogedora y cuenta con todas las comodidades. La zona de porche y la piscina es perfecta para pasar tardes y noches maravillosas.
Das Haus war sehr schön, groß und sauber. Die Bilder des Hauses geben auch gut die tatsächliche Unterkunft wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Villaonline war unkompliziert und wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt. Selbst während des Aufenthaltes wurden wir noch aktiv gefragt, ob alles ok ist, ob wir noch Information benötigen etc. Rundherum ein schöner entspannter Aufenthalt! MUCHAS GRACIAS!!!

Ideal for two families with children traveling with cars!
Die Finca liegt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel in Vallgonera und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die wir sehr genossen haben. Von der Ankunft, Check-In bis zur Abreise verlief alles problemlos. Vielen Dank!
