Overview
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed.
Beautiful detached villa with stone lined pool. Newly built and for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite, Kitchen fully equipped and opens directly to the living room creating very clear spaces with windows to access the pool area.
The exterior of the house is surrounded by shrubs and flowers. WIFI available.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, für uns war das sehr angenehm. Außenbereich. Outdoor Küche. Lounge Bereich super top. Restaurant: Da Terassa in Cala Pi. - Super Essen und tolle Atmosphäre bei Jose
Das Haus mit Garten ist in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub der perfekte Ort. Wir waren rundum zufrieden
Ein Objekt das gut sauber gehalten wird. Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Angaben stimmten alle mit den Angaben von Villaonline ein. Die Sauberkeit der Villa war ziemlich gut. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Prettige en snelle communicatie! Super mooi huis! Groot zwembad, groot huis, mooie tuin met overkapping! Bijna beter dan op de foto’s! We konden ons geen beter huis voorstellen. Goede airco en fijn zwembad voor de verkoeling. Prettige ontvangst en communicatie. Auto is wel belangrijk op deze plek. Alles bij elkaar helemaal super!

Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern der Argentur war sehr gut. Der Grillplatz mit dem Kühlschrank ist super.
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Monica war sehr schön! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Für uns mit 2 Kindern war das perfekt. Der Kontakt zu Villaonline / Alfredo war super und kleine Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Daus Haus ist ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch war alles sauber und zum Wohlfühlen.

Toller Familienurlaub. Sehr schönes und großes Haus mit Pool. Lage abseits der touristischen Zentren. Daher Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Kontakt zum Vermieter einwandfrei. Jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr schöne Strände im Umkreis (3 km, 18 km entfernt).
