This lovely Villa only 500 metres from Cala Pi secluded beach is an ideal location for a family holiday.
Close by you have stunning cliff top walks and plenty of restaurants and bars. You will also find a little supermarket with a fresh bakery ideal for breakfasts.
The Villa is spacious and comfortable. Outside is the pool area surounded by a terrace with sunbeds, a real sun trap!
There is a porched area with a dining table an ideal place to cool off.
The porch leads into the lounge diner kitchen area which is open plan, nice bright and spacious with everything you need to enjoy your day at hand.
Upstairs you have the bedrooms with aircon and a lovely bathroom.
The location is quiete and safe for kids.
Comfortable pool area for both adults and kids with a shady porch for al "fresco" dining. Sunbeds for the whole family surrounding the pool
The interior comprises of spacious living areas and bedrooms with fresh modern furnishings making the most of the views.
Downstairs an open plan lounge kitchen and dining area and the bedrooms on the first floor.
A quiete location and close to the beach, cliff top walks and a variety of bars and restaurants nearby.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.

BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all water and 300kw electricity costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day.
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, der Pool war wirklich klasse. Es leider ein Zimmer ohne AC das sollte man erwähnen. Die Einrichtung ist doch recht einfach und besonders die Küche ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Alle ankommenden sollte darauf achten keine Lebensmittel offen liegen zu lassen oder den Müll nicht regelmäßig zu entleeren da die Anlage auf dem Land ist und Insekten nicht weit entfernt sind. Aufteilung der Räume und drei Bäder sind ein Plus dieser Unterkunft.

Lovely villa, Alfredo was there to meet us, show us around even let us check in early which was appreciated. Enjoyed our stay. The pool is fantastic.
Hübsche Unterkunft in ruhigem Örtchen. Etwas wenig Aktivitäten in der Umgebung - dafür ein schön grosser Pool. Ausstattung modern und praktikabel, super mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Gerne wieder :).
La casa dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias. Las camas y las almohadas son cómodas, se agradece el aire acondicionado, (aunque lo echamos de menos en uno de los dormitorios). La cocina está bien equipada y tener tres baños completos es otro aspecto a destacar de la casa.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Gute Klimaanlage, komplette Ausstattung in der Küche, schöner Pool. Sehr netter Empfang mit guten Tips für Restaurants. Wir hatten insgesamt 2 schöne Wochen
Beautiful house in a lovely quiet area. We had a fantastic stay
The Villa was in a quite location and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the bedroom was amazing. A few restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Communication with Villaonline was easy and the check in was super easy. With tips to local supermarkets and restaurants. We had no water for one night, because of a broken water pump. However, it was promptly taken care of early the next morning. We enjoyed our stay! Susan and Richard
Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.
