Children under three years do not count when calculating the price. If you need cots for children under 3 years, let us know and we will provide one for when you get home.
How do I pick up the keys to the apartment?
As son as you land at Palma Airport we recommend calling your contact person who will be provided to you by e-mail one week before check-in day and who will be waiting to provide the keys and explain important things about the property, how things work and who to call in case of an emergency.
What if I can not travel?
You may cancel upto eight weeks before arrival and get a full refund on monies paid without any questions asked, however with less than 8 weeks notice nothing will be refunded so we highly recommend you buy our insurance for a small fee to cover the full amount until the day of check-in.

No, all of our homes have everything included in the total price listed in the written agreement or Booking Confirmation that will be sent (electricity, water, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, cots and high chairs ).

Are there a “tourist tax” in Mallorca?

Yes, and it's protected by the Law 13/2017, 29 december modifiying the Law 2/2016, 30 march.

From 2016 the Balearic Government approved a NEW Tourist TAX payable by ALL tourists visiting the Balearic Islands and actualized in 2017. This local tax accounts for 2€ per day per person for the first 8 days and after the 9th day it is reduced to 1€ per day per person. However this only applies to adults over the age of 16 years, so you will be able to easily calculate the amount you will have to pay in cash to the landlord of the property you have rented upon key collection.

Example : Family of 3 Adults 3 children 2 babies for 10 days will have to pay in total 54€ in TAX. (2€ x 8days x 3adults = 48€) + (1€ x 2days x 3adults =6) = 54€.

From 01/11 until 30/04 it's considered low season and there's a discount of 75%
