The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed.

The CASA GARONDA Ibizan style property is located in the residential area of ​​Cala Pi, and has a private chlorine-free pool (8x4x0.6 / 1.8m), barbecue and outdoor furniture for eating "al fresco". It practically enjoys the sun all day, with a sunbathing area with loungers, sofas and chairs. There are several terraces, a furnished porch and a very quiet garden.

Inside, a cozy dining room with a wood stove and air conditioning. It communicates with the kitchen, equipped with all appliances, including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The stoves are gas. In addition, the kitchen has access to one of the terraces, as well as the living room. At your disposal also washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms, with air conditioning and electric radiators, are distributed as follows:

- BEDROOM 1: Double bed

- BEDROOM 2: 2 Single Beds

- BEDROOM 3: 2 Single Beds

It has a bathroom en suite and another complete, both with a shower tray. In case of traveling with babies, the property offers a cot and high chair.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 

The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   

The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. Further information about that amount can be find in the following link:   http://villaonline.es/faq   

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
