The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 0 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed.

Enjoy the tranquility and privacy, near the town of Campos and about 30-40 minutes from Palma with family friends and children in this fantastic villa, which has everything you need to enjoy your holiday and relax.

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms (one double and a two indivudual 90cm beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room overlooking the pool and terrace, in the same lounge there is access to the outside. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom each.

In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds and the second bedroom has 3 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 people and between the two bedrooms is a full bath and a gym.

Outside you can enjoy the porch and terraces, barbecue grill and a huge garage for 4-5 cars and ample storage. Nearby you can enjoy peace and privacy, near the town of Campos and about 30-40 minutes from Palma.

From 7 nights booking the price includes water costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Bookings less than 7 nights extra 300€ final cleaning. A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
