Overview
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed.
Located in Villafranca , charming village in the center of the island . From the house you can walk to the town center and . for example, to the church square . In the village there is a small supermarket and some bars . Restaurants can be reached within minutes. Villafranca enjoy the serenity of the Mediterranean. It is a lovely little town .
The ground floor consists of main entrance , lounge , kitchen and dining room. In one of the bedroom leads to patio and pool . Upstairs are two bedrooms , one with en suite, and another bathroom .
The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes .
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 180x190, with AC
- Bedroom 2: Double bed 150x190, with fan
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x190, with fan
The house is equipped with Internet WI - FI and satellite TV . At the rear of the house is a large covered terrace with barbecue and patio pool 8 x 4 meters away . In the living room there's no Air Conditioning, but there's a fan.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

La casa es perfecta y las estancias son mucho mas grandes de lo que aparentan en las fotos, incluida la piscina, la cual dispone de luces nocturnas donde es un gustazo darse un baño de noche. Los propietarios son muy amables, su recibimiento fue muy bueno, nos dieron información sobre lugares de interés de la isla y se ofrecieron en ayudarnos si fuera necesario. La casa dispone de todos los servicios necesarios: microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafeteras, exprimidor eléctrico, etc.... También, los propietarios ponen a nuestra disposición toallas, no sólo de ducha, sino también de playa (para la playa y la piscina van genial). Hasta hay una lavadora y el wifi funciona correctamente! No se puede pedir más! La ciudad no es turística y segura y podemos aparcar sin ningún problema delante de la casa, o bien, en el garaje. Hay un Spar y una tienda estilo Eroski en el pueblo donde es sencillo hacer las compras. No os perdáis las ensaimadas artesanales de la panadería del pueblo (cerrada los lunes). Es el lugar idóneo para visitar la isla ya que es bastante céntrico y nosotros pudimos recorrer de este a oeste y de norte a sur sus costas, la idea era estar más o menos a la misma distancia de cualquier punto. Pensad que Mallorca mide de una punta a otra más de 100 kilómetros así que si vais cerca de una costa será la distancia que tendréis que hacer para ir a la contraria. Si queréis ir a una playa, id cerca de la costa, si queréis ir a muchas, ésta es vuestra casa. Muy cerca de la casa, creo que a unos 2 o 3 kilómetros, hay un restaurante muy famoso en Mallorca que se llama ES CRUCE, lugar que hay que visitar sin lugar a dudas. Vamos, todo perfecto y gratamente sorprendidos, al menos encajó exactamente con lo que buscábamos nosotros, un diez sobre diez.
