It also has a private pool of 6x12 meters and a children's play area, with slide, a house for toys and table football. It also has an additional living room. This property can accommodate 8 people, and has 2 full bathrooms and 4 double bedrooms (3 with single beds and 1 with a double bed).

The rooms have air conditioning, so does the lounge. In addition, the kitchen has all appliances and side table. Rent this beautiful property, equipped with modern comforts but retaining the Mallorcan style in its design and decoration.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00   

€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00   

€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.   

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.  

The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a fee of 0.25 € / kw.  

Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
