Overview

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed.

Villa for 10 pax in the sunny municipality of Andratx, with private pool BBQ and tennis table. The property is located only 2km away from the beautiful Andratx Port. The spacious villa (800m2) is distributed in 2 floors.

It has 5 double bedrooms (beds 1.6m and 1.8m) and 2 individual sofa-beds: - 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed - 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed - 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed - 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed , 1 Sofa bed/Futon - 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed , 1 Sofa bed/Futon It counts also with 3 bathtubs and 2 showers distributed in 5 bathrooms, with hairdryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, coffe maker, kettle, etc. The dinning room have table up to 25 dinners and a fireplace. For your entertainment you have WIFI, satelite TV, stereo and a sofa. In the outside (200m2) you can access to a garden where you can take a walk, also a BBQ with garden furniture, you can also enjoy a private pool of 30m2, umbrellas, sunbeds, etc.

It also have a porch and a ping pong table. In the nearby there's a supermarket at 3km, and a bar/restaurant and a pharmacy. The nearest hospital/medical center is 4km away and the closest beach and golf is 5km away.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

Zone Description

Located on the westernmost tip of Mallorca, Andratx (Puerto Andratx) is a charming town set slightly back from the coast, surrounded by lush groves of almond, orange and olives. The original part of the town, set just inland to resist pirate attacks, hangs onto the hillside, connected by narrow, cobbled streets and set underneath an imposing fortress style church. However, the majority of holiday properties in Andratx are down by the new marina or Port of Andratx, where small, colourful fishing boats intermingle with large, luxury yachts. Things to do on holiday in Andratx, Mallorca Andratx is set in stunningly beautiful surroundings, with cliffs and towering mountains plunging into the clear turquoise seas all around the village. Scuba diving is the most celebrated activity to be enjoyed from an Andratx apartment, and there are a few PADI registered dive centres along the marina to choose from. The clear waters which surround Andratx mean that visibility is great, and there are many excellent sights to be seen. Just outside the village, towards Camp de Mar is the golf course of golf de Andratx, which is both open to visitors and a magnificent place to play, regardless of your ability levels as there is certain to be a challenge for any golfer. Places to holiday in Andratx, Mallorca Santa Ponsa lies a few miles along the West Coast of Mallorca, and is a hugely popular and lively resort which has become a particular favourite for Scottish and Irish travellers. Flights to Mallorca Andratx is around 30km from Son Sant Joan International Airport (PMI), and there are numerous taxi firms willing to drop you right at the front door of your Andratx property or apartment for around £25. Alternatively, car rentals are available from the airport.

La Perla Negra absolutely surpassed our expectations! 12 of us were in Mallorca for a wedding and it had plenty of space for everyone (sleeping and living) and the pool area and outdoor dining was gorgeous. The hosts could not have been more helpful - helping us order taxis and showing us all the facilities. The house is fantastic for a big group, and the views are stunning - we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for being such generous hosts - we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated all your help!

The finca is even better in reality! The best stay I’ve had in my life. The house has everything you need to have a fantastic time. It has five beautiful individually decorated rooms each one with a private bathroom. There are so many details in this house - paintings, a well staffed bar, custom-made furniture. The house is far away from other houses so you have a lot of privacy and the hosts are extremely welcoming and supportive!

Casa enorme,5 habitaciones dobles muuuy espaciosas ,todas con su propio baño completo, vistas a las serra de Tramuntana preciosas y a escasos minutos de Port d´Andratx donde hay todo tipo de restaurantes , tiendas y ofertas de ocio así como del pueblo de Sant elm y sus playas.El jardin con su piscina y diferentes ambientes para disfrutar del aire libre.Los anfitriones amables y en todo momento pendientes de nosotros . Si dudais ..alguien se os adelantará. Hemos pasado un fin de semana en familia de lujo.Muy recomendable, nada ha estado por debajo de las espectativas.Volveremos

We spent a wonderful long weekend à La Perla Negra. The house is so nice and there is room for everyone. You can easily have your own space. Tomas and Chris were really responsive and helpful. Ideal location and fully equipped for large groups. We can’t wait to come back!
